Mark Waddell, MS, LPCA

Life is beautiful, challenging, chaotic, and horrifying at times. It is easy to get caught up in our experiences and lose our way. I am here as a result of my experiences and education to help you improve your quality of life and your general wellbeing.

I have assisted individuals and families which have more common struggles and challenges to those which suffer from more severe and persistent mental illness. I am culturally diverse and have worked with individuals from all age ranges and genders. I believe in a holistic approach that considers an individual’s physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health.

I obtained my Masters in Professional Counseling and Bachelors in Psychology from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and a Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) instructor. I employ a person-centered therapy model while also utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and others. My goal is to help you develop and improve on the skills you already posses to lead a more peaceful and successful life.
